Booker in Greenock is seeking a Skilled Butcher to join the Butchery team. You will apply strong product knowledge, perform cutting and preparation, and provide high standards of customer service in a busy retail setting.
Working with the Butchery Manager, you will assist with orders, stock management, and compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations. The role supports a 38‑hour week in a seven‑day operation with flexible patterns and a competitive wage and benefits package.
