This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Bookkeeper, located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Lead Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate financial records. The role also involves assisting with the financial planning and analysis to support the financial health of our clients.

• Strong skills in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Proficiency in using various Accounting Software
• Solid understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar lead bookkeeping role is a plus
