Audit Support Analyst role ’re seeking an Audit Support Analyst to assist in the Recovery audit process working with our clients' suppliers to ensure we are completing an efficient and successful audit for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounts Payable with highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to research issues, understand root causes, and implement solutions.
You will initiate and follow through to resolution on over payment claims, as identified through a statements audit and/or Accounts Payable audit enabled by our First Strike software. You will utilize remote client system access for research and resolution and partner with other members of the audit team to keep the client apprised of the audit progress. This is a highly responsible position, as the ability of the Audit Support Analyst to consistently complete claims directly impact revenue and the overall success of the company.
This position requires fluency in French or German.
- Initiate and follow through to resolution on over payment claims identified through statements audits and/or Accounts Payable audits enabled by First Strike software.
- Research issues, understand root causes, and implement solutions.
- Utilize remote client system access for research and resolution.
- Collaborate with audit team to keep the client apprised of audit progress.
- Ensure claims are completed accurately to impact revenue and the overall success of the company.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - 2+ years of customer service, sales, credit, accounting or business-related experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Adept at working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change.
- Exceptional ability to multitask.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for communicating with internal staff, clients, and their suppliers.
- Well-developed time-management skills with the ability to plan tasks and self-manage progress toward task completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn/gain proficiency in proprietary software tools.
