Staff Accountant
Location:
Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area
We’re seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support financial reporting, month‑end close, and process improvement within our client’s organization. This role is hands‑on, analytical, and highly collaborative with Billing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Reconciliations and journal entries
- Maintain general ledger accuracy across A/R, A/P, revenue, and cash
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analyses
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with Fixed Assets
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
- GAAP knowledge and technical accounting skills
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
