Part Time Billing Specialist – Greensboro
Saf‑Gard Safety Shoe Company is seeking a dedicated Part Time Billing Specialist to join our family‑oriented team in Greensboro. Responsibilities- Prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced office environment
- Review and audit billing data
- Process invoices according to customer requirements
- Meet invoicing deadlines
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate Microsoft Office/365 experience (must)
- Possess knowledge of Adobe/PDF
- Experience with network share (plus)
- Operate independently and collaboratively while handling extreme responsibility
- Learn and utilize the company operating system
- Experience with Navision (plus)
