ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll and Benefits Administration- Support day-to-day HR operations including associate communication, file/document management, and HRIS data entry.
- Partner with the Director of Payroll & Benefits and HRBPs to support internal movement, PAF processing, job changes, and compensation updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Training & Workforce Development team, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and updating training records.
- Coordinate and monitor completion of commission letters, bonus plans, handbook acknowledgments, and other required documents.
- Maintain accurate associate files and documentation (digital and physical).
- Prepare new hire folders and materials prior to start date.
- Set up workspace coordination, equipment pickup, and orientation supplies.
- Coordinate welcome emails, parking info, and schedule details.
- Greet new hires on Day One and provide a warm, organized introduction.
- Ensure I-9, E-Verify, direct deposit, handbook acknowledgment, and other onboarding documentation are completed and submitted.
- Enter new hire data into HRIS (Paycom) accurately and on time.
- Assist with the annual commission and bonus plan release
- Act as the Administrator for the Brady Cares Team.
- Create and maintain courses, rosters, learning paths, and reporting in all platforms.
- Track overdue assignments and assist associates with LMS navigation.
- Produce training reports and compliance dashboards.
- Oversee Travel accommodations for Technicians as needed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and exceptional writing and editing skills
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sorting/filtering).
- Familiarity with Paycom or another major HRIS platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
COMPUTER
SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong data entry skills. Previous experience with Human Resource Information System(s) and Payroll software strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting HRBP or Benefits/Training functions in a field-based environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Asana, and Docu Sign.
- Exposure to recruiting, performance management, or orientation planning is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
