Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Level 2 to support active facility renovation and improvement projects in Greensboro, North Carolina. This long-term contract position will partner with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate physical projects such as facility renovations, building improvements, equipment replacements, and mechanical or infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting projects within existing facilities and be comfortable coordinating vendors, schedules, materials, project documentation, and on-site activities from planning through completion.

This role is fully in-person and is well suited for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can balance administrative coordination with hands-on project support.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate physical renovation, facility improvement, and building-related projects by tracking schedules, reviewing work priorities, and helping align contractors, labor, materials, and equipment with current project needs.
• Work directly with contractors, vendors, suppliers, site teams, and client contacts to confirm project status, resolve follow-up items, and support successful completion and closeout.
• Conduct on-site check-ins to monitor project progress, identify issues or delays, and communicate next steps to appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, timelines, work orders, and related documentation to reflect current milestones, risks, changes, and outstanding tasks.
• Support coordination of projects involving renovations, repairs, equipment replacements, mechanical/building-system upgrades, and other physical improvements to existing facilities.
• Participate in project meetings with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to review progress and identify required follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute progress summaries, status reports, and downtime updates so project participants remain informed and aligned.
• Organize meetings, manage calendars, and handle logistical arrangements such as travel coordination, time entry, and expense documentation when needed.
• Provide broad administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams to keep deliverables on schedule and project documentation complete.
