A day-in-the-life of a Technician:

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a Manager or Service Advisor.
• Perform basic automotive repair, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire replacement & repairs and general vehicle maintenance.
• Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services.
• Drive vehicles into service bay, prepare them for service, and complete digital vehicle inspections.
• Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete.
• Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member / customer experience.
• Work with, mentor and train less experienced Technicians.

• Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services.
• Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for service, and complete digital vehicle inspections.
• Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after repairs and maintenance are complete.
• Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member/customer experience.
• Mentor and train less experienced Technicians.

• Pay rate starting at $45,000 annual (hourly rate + productivity bonus earned for every hour produced over 3.0 per week + annual bonus eligibility)

• High School diploma, GED or Technical school certification
• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center
• Knowledgeable about automotive and/or truck systems, tools and technical resources and able to independently perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance
• Ability to use equipment and tools safely and keep a clean, safe, organized work area
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

• ASE certifications (A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes, plus 2 other ASE certifications)
• State inspection certificate where applicable
• AC 609 Certification

• May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
• Stand/walk for the duration of the shift; lifting up to approximately 80 pounds; must have own tools for use in the center.
• Working in a hot environment at some locations without air conditioning; fans are present.
