Marketing Prequalification Specialist
Join S&ME as a Marketing Prequalification Specialist and help drive meaningful improvements to our business development processes. This hybrid role is based in any of our offices across Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Nashville, Columbia, Atlanta, Huntsville, Columbus, or Cincinnati.
What You Will Do- Client Prequalification Management:
Create, update, and maintain our business profiles and qualification packages for various client prequalifications. - Documentation:
Ensure all required documents, forms, certifications, and information are current and accurately reflect our company's capabilities and compliance (including SF330, SF254, SAM.gov, firm licenses, and certifications). Collaborate with the marketing team to keep information updated in our systems. - Compliance:
Monitor changes in client prequalification requirements and S&ME personnel and ensure our submissions meet these standards. - Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for prequalification submissions. Assist with proposal development support and proposal close‑out. - Reporting:
Generate regular reports on the status of prequalification submissions, analyze opportunities and associated project fees/budgets, and propose process improvements. - Audit:
Conduct company‑wide marketing data audits, including MBE vendors, ESG development, employee licenses, and certification audits. - Communication:
Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and resolve any issues related to prequalification submissions.
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive candidate who ensures all documentation and information are current, accurate, and compliant with client requirements.
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in marketing, procurement, or a related field, focused on client prequalification processes. AEC industry experience preferred.
- Experience with specific client prequalification platforms, a plus.
- Experience with CRM and SharePoint systems, a plus.
- Key

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement platforms.

- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
