Business Office Manager (BOM) Duties

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable (AR), and collections across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay

• Oversee Medicaid pending cases and applications from admission through approval

• Lead monthly AR aging review and follow-up

• Maintain resident trust accounts and admission financial paperwork

• Serve as the go-to contact for residents and families on financial questions

Business Office Manager (BOM) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: up to $65,000 per year

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift
