Electrical Estimator – KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $/yr. Competitive base salary with performance‑based bonus potential. Paid holidays and generous PTO from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects (ground‑up, renovations, tenant improvements)
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements
- Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summaries
- Present cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teams
- Track project changes and adjust estimates accordingly
- Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to support job turnover and execution
- 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction)
- Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systems
- Proficient with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar) and MS Office Suite
