As we grow, we are seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide exceptional client service, assist in safeguarding client assets, and serve as administrative and operational support the branch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
- Onboard new client accounts and money movement, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
- Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars
- Regularly seek opportunities to use firm resources for peer sharing and collaborating with branch associates and advisors
- Actively engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness
- Keep CRM systems up to date with client information
- Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
- Research client and security information through the back-office system
- Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts
- Ensures required client paperwork is current with firm and industry requirements, rules, and regulations
- Receives cross training and assists with other operational functions as required
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

Experience:
3+ years of customer service, relationship management, and/or administrative experience in a wealth management setting.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in wealth management industry.
Certifications/Licenses: SIE, Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date.
