An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will provide high quality optometric care and services to patients within the practice. Responsibilities and schedule are determined by the Subleasing doctor and the terms of the agreement.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with OD equipment; many use Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Access to Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech/pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
