Job SUMMARY:
An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the office and provides high‑quality optometric care to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing Doctor.
Salary: based on experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
