Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position
The Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management ( AVPEM ) provides executive leadership for the University’s comprehensive enrollment strategy, overseeing recruitment, financial aid, and student onboarding through degree completion. The AVPSEM is responsible for achieving institutional enrollment goals through data-informed planning, integrated operations, and collaboration with Academic Affairs and institutional leadership.
This position leads a coordinated enrollment enterprise and drives initiatives to improve student access, persistence, and completion. The AVPSEM reports to the Provost and serves as a key advisor on enrollment strategy and institutional priorities.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
