Position Overview
The organization seeks a Lead Teacher to join a newly established Montessori School in January 2026. This role entails overseeing a classroom of approximately 20 students with the assistance of aide(s). The Lead Teacher will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Montessori Philosophy and curriculum, maintaining positive relationships with parents, and ensuring compliance with all regulations within the classroom while fostering a supportive environment.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Credential: Valid Montessori teaching credential from a recognized organization, such as the Association Montessori Society (AMS) or Association Montessori Internationale (AMI)
- Experience: Proven experience as a Montessori classroom teacher
