DFH Project Manager

We are looking for a Division 8 Project Manager to join our growing company!

• 2–4+ years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry, with strong knowledge of hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware.
• Solid understanding of industry standards, fire/life safety, accessibility (ADA), and code compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from submittals and detailing through purchasing, scheduling, and closeout.
• Ability to travel to project site is required.
• Hands‑on experience in detailing, estimating, and purchasing commercial frames, doors, and hardware packages.
• Proficiency with door and hardware scheduling software; AVAware experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience software a plus.
• Ideally located in or near the Greensboro/Triad area.
