• Develop, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliability and efficiency across all facilities.
• Coordinate with trade shops, supervisors and contractors to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and campus safety requirements.
• Lead initiatives for improving maintenance programs and processes.
• Manage MRO parts, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Provide reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing maintenance performance.

• Associate’s degree in the assigned discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical competence in MEP trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Certification may be required.

• Technical expertise, compliance, and inspection skills.
• Communication, leadership and project coordination.

Physical work may involve repetitive motions, holding, using tools, lifting 0-30 lbs. Work environment may involve dust, fumes, chemicals, occasional overtime. Standard office/field settings.

Salary Range: $64,000 - $66,000
