Overview
Our global client, a technology solutions, products and services company with about 12,000 people, is seeking a MISSION CRITICAL Analog Design Lead Engineer to join a design team near Greensboro, NC.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work, if desired (9/80 schedule)

ResponsibilitiesThe chosen Analog Design Lead will be leading the design, development, and testing of analog and High Voltage electronic systems and components. This includes leading teams, guiding junior engineers, leading design reviews and ensuring the performance and reliability of our undersea systems.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Deep understanding of analog circuit design principles and experience with various circuit topologies.
- Proficiency in using CAD tools like Mentor Graphics or Altium and SPICE for circuit simulation and verification.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
- The use of specialized laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment for development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Active Secret or higher clearance but not required
- High Voltage DC Power systems / Module design experience is desirable.
- Experience should include multiple power topology design experience from few watts to KW+ converters.
- High voltage applications, power transmission systems, power electronics and HVDC technology is desirable.
- Magnetics Design and High Speed Design experience are desirable
