Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

This opportunity is with Tek Wissen, a global workforce management provider. The client is a leading global provider of agricultural science and technology, with management headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, and additional locations in Chicago, Tel Aviv, and Shanghai.

• Progress formulation engineering technical support in existing and novel manufacturing technologies to maximize quality, capacity, and efficiency during scale-up and after launch for commercial manufacture of formulated products.
• Assist formulation engineers to evaluate new equipment and develop new formulation processing.
• Collaborate with the formulation engineer to stage pilot plant trials and development.

• Technical skills referenced to TCDS.
• Developed proficiency through detailed/intense job-related training and/or considerable on-the-job experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to assist multiple project tasks and learn/apply technical knowledge to progress activities.
• Basic processing skills: weighing, calculating, and process documentation.
• PPE experience.

• Proven experience in a technical position in formulation processing development or formulation manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement understanding, process risk assessment, and HSE excellence mindset.
• Experience working in cross-functional organizations with dynamic environments; able to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests from different stakeholders.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes for product development, complex formulation processing scale-up, and lifecycle management.
