• Assist Project Engineers/Project Managers on field assignments, including boring layout and utility clearance.
• Coordinate with drilling contractors, supervise drilling and geotechnical field investigations, and log borings and test pits.
• Assist with laboratory testing assignments, compiling lab and field testing results.
• Perform geotechnical engineering analyses under supervision, including soil/rock classification, slope stability, earth retention systems, shallow and deep foundation design, settlement, ground improvement, and geologic hazard evaluation.
• Prepare and submit geotechnical reports.

• 4–6 years of geotechnical engineering or geology experience.
• Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel 60%–70% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, Mining Engineering, or Geology.
• Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering/Geology considered a plus.
