Shift: Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Reports To:

Lab Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues with Handlers and ATE Stations during sample testing, development, and correlation activities. Ensure all Synax S-9 Handlers and ATE Stations are fully operational and serviceable for lab testing and development.
• Support general lab operations including equipment setup, calibration, shipping, and responding to remote test engineer requests.
• Perform and/or coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and product changeovers on Synax S-9 Handlers and ATE Stations.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and facilitate necessary repairs, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical, RF, and DC theory.
• Create recipes and serialize parts using a laser engraver; troubleshoot marking issues as needed.
• Conduct hand clamp testing to support customer sample evaluations, control unit generation, and correlation activities.
• Occasionally Provide support during overtime hours as required. Work independently with minimal supervision during second shift operations.

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent military training.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Demonstrated adaptability and self-discipline to work independently.
• Achievement-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow technical skill sets.
• Willingness to acquire new skills and become proficient in lab equipment and processes.
