The Product Line Manager will lead and develop the product strategy and executable product roadmaps to deliver sustainable growth and margin expansion for the product portfolio. This role reports to the Division Sales and Marketing Manager and is on-site in Greensboro, NC.

• Lead the product line (product, promotion, pricing, and channel) for a defined portfolio of products to drive sales and margin expansion.
• Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy.
• Own the product life‑cycle management of the product portfolio.
• Develop product value propositions and be accountable for new product launches.
• Support customer segmentation efforts.
• Monitor competitors’ position, action, and products.
• Maintain product literature, catalogs, technical bulletins, and related materials.
• Attend customer visits, sales conferences, trade shows, and other industry events as required.

• Four‑year degree, preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business discipline. MBA desired.
• Minimum four years of product management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem‑solving and resolution skills with a team focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make sound recommendations.
