Aircraft Maintainability and Reliability Specialist

This position organizesიციაĿ and leads cross‑functional projects related to aircraft operations. It works with parts, engineering, and quality departments as it relates to aircraft and component reliability and performance.

• Drive resolution of Technical, Reliability, or Delivery issues through cross‑functional engagement with stakeholders, external dealers, and customers.
• Manage product enhancement to ensure technical, cost, schedule, and deliverable requirements are achieved.
• Serve as the Project/Technical specialist for Customer Service projects/issues.
• Provide Project Management support for internal development programs.
• Manage dealer and customer role regarding logistics and communications for productෙක් enhancements.
• Perform business‑case analyses required to facilitate program investment decisions.
• Facilitate development of request‑for‑proposal packages and associated documentation.

• Associate’s degree in an aviation‑related field strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years combined experience in any of the following areas: design, manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, operationsrequency engineering, quality assurance, supplier development engineering, supply chain and/or project management.
