We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing operation seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to support site-level environmental and EHS initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a plant environment and taking ownership of environmental compliance, training, and continuous improvement.

This position works closely with site leadership and the Safety/EHS team to ensure environmental programs, procedures, and regulatory obligations are fully implemented and maintained.

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for environmental compliance questions and initiatives
• Support waste management, water discharge, air compliance, and environmental permit requirements
• Monitor and assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local EHS regulations
• Help assess regulatory changes and potential operational impacts
• Lead and support environmental and EHS training programs for plant personnel
• Partner with operations and leadership to identify, develop, and implement EHS goals that add value to the business
• Assist with EHS documentation, recordkeeping, and permit administration
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis related to environmental compliance
• Maintain consistent attendance and engagement on the plant floor
• Perform additional duties as assigned by EHS leadership

• Associate’s degree and/or certifications in Environmental Science or a related field
• Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
