What's the Job?

Lead and oversee validation and compliance engineering activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement validation protocols, procedures, and documentation to support product development and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and ensure continuous compliance. Manage audits and inspections, preparing teams and documentation to facilitate successful outcomes. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of quality, compliance, and innovation.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in validation and compliance engineering within a regulated industry. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
