Our client, a long-established, stable, and growing company in central NC, has an upcoming need for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO is responsible for:

Providing financial, administrative, and analytic leadership;

Leading financial relationships and financings;

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, as well as improving financial and cost information to support business operations and decisions while maximizing corporate value, growth, and profitability;

Overseeing internal control, general insurance and risk management, facilities, and compliance, as well as minimizing exposure in these areas.

Requirements:

BS/BA in accounting/finance required;
8-10 years of financial/accounting leadership/management experience in a privately held or family-owned business is strongly preferred;
Proficiency in financial software (Quick Books, Sage, or industry-specific systems).
