Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for residential mortgage sales activities on a market level including recruiting, coaching and supporting Mortgage Loan Originators and meeting or exceeding personal mortgage production goals. The incumbent is responsible for sales management duties including accountability for mortgage production goals and other key department objectives (cross‑sell initiatives, customer satisfaction results, file quality) and is also responsible for the management and facilitation of key Bank partnerships in their respective markets.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and coach a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators to drive external and internal mortgage production and meet or exceed established goals.
  • Originate loans from internal and external referral sources.
  • Develop relationships with Centers of Influence (COI) to drive personal production and support production for the team through sales activities and joint sales call efforts.
  • Execute key strategies to achieve production goals, support partnership initiatives and manage key sales activities that drive mortgage volume and production.
  • Support and assist Mortgage Loan Originators with structuring loans, delivering quality files, adhering to industry and corporate guidelines and facilitating solid internal partnerships with the Operations team. Assist in managing the mortgage pipeline to help facilitate and support a great customer experience.
  • Participate in various sales and operational meetings as needed in their specific market and present updates, market information, partnership success and other key information related to the mortgage channel.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Act as risk managers for the business by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk encountered daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
  • Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures as required for compliance.
Minimum Education

High School or GED

  • BA or BS preferred. Experience with mortgage originations and mortgage sales management.
Special Licenses And Certificates

Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
