Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
  • Deliver individual, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists.
  • Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the EHR system.
  • Refer patients internally for psychiatric consultation, medication management, or other clinical services as needed.
  • Adhere to standards of care and ethical guidelines established by the profession and regulatory bodies.
  • The above responsibilities are not all inclusive of this role’s responsibilities
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
  • Experience in psychotherapy required; experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment models. Ability to conceptualize treatment modalities and determine appropriate placement within the continuum of care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to utilize the EHR and other technology platforms for care delivery
