Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly, efficient guest service in-store. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime mobile app, attend a Welcome orientation, and complete a short-term training plan to prepare for your role.
As an On-Demand TM, you won't be on the posted weekly schedule and must stay engaged, respond to contact attempts, and work when the business demands. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour in USD.
