Resort Specialist Supervisor (Administrative)The award winning Grandover Resort & Conference Center is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Resort Specialist Supervisor to be the first point of contact when a guest calls the resort to book for packages. This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a good speaking voice, phone etiquette and work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, "energy-giving" attitude.
OtherKey Duties
- Audit and create package envelopes for all Bed & Breakfast and Getaway Packages
- Assist with Lost & Found inquiries
- Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed
- Audit room assignments for arrivals and make sure all special requests from guests arriving are communicated to the proper departments for fulfillment
- Properly route all incoming calls to the correct extensions
