• Drive group revenue by cultivating relationships within niche markets.
• Proactively source and secure group business, tailoring proposals to client needs.
• Manage and respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, negotiating and executing group contracts.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure successful events and clear communication of client expectations.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales to meet revenue goals and support overall sales strategy.
• Leverage day‑to‑day work experience for long‑term career growth, with opportunities to advance to larger markets or higher leadership roles.

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Experience in Catering Sales and Operations.
• Experience in Private/Dining event sales.
• Sales Coordinator experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills and physical ability to perform job duties (see full essentials below).

• Physical ability to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, handle objects, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift items as needed.
