• One of five Club Houseman that will open up the 5 pools daily, including blowing off the pool decks, opening up the umbrellas, making sure the chairs are in position, removing any trash from previous night & any other duties deemed necessary.
• Maintain the exterior of the cottages, and the public areas through the use of pressure washing, de-cobbing, window washing or any other duties deemed necessary
• Extract dirty linen, terry and trash from cottages.
• Place clean linen and terry into cottages.
• Deliver guest requests and assorted items to cottages.
• Transport Housekeepers between cottage locations and Central Services
• Stock supplies and maintain warehouse
• Laundry (such as washes, dries, and folds room and table linen by following prescribed methods and procedures for washing, drying, folding, and sorting operations)
• Maintains a clean, pleasant, and neat image
• Communicate with supervisors regarding work issues or concerns
• Interact and assist guests and members as needed, i.e. plunging toilets, television remote operation
• Performs and duties asked of by leadership

Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs
• Reports safety or hazard concerns to management
• Reports any on the job injury to management
• Takes personal responsibility for safety every day

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/

Education:

• Some work experience desired, but will train
• Requires ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 90% of the day
• Able to withstand varying weather conditions
• Congenial personality; able to interact well with others
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required
• Ability to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis
• Able to work well without constant supervision
