The Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum is currently looking for a dynamic Front Desk Manager.
- Will supervise front desk associates
- Will assist in training new associates
- Will ensure that exceptional customer service is provided
- Will answer questions and concerns from guests and associates
- Will check guests in and ensure correct billing
- Should have prior hotel front desk leadership experience
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Should have excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to thrive in a busy work environment
