The Reporting Analyst supports organizational operations by developing, maintaining, and improving business reports, dashboards, datasets, and documentation. They ensure data accuracy, aid decision‑making, and work closely with the Business Systems Manager to sustain reporting needs across ERP systems via API, Power Platform applications, and SQL.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets.
• Translate business requests into clear reporting requirements.
• Build and modify data models, DAX measures, and visualizations.
• Perform QA and validate report accuracy prior to deployment.
• Support SQL‑based data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and data definitions.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting needs across departments.
• Assist with data governance, schema alignment, and KPI definitions.
• Participate in UAT cycles for systems impacting reporting and mock data schemas from testing data.
• Provide timely updates on reporting progress and blockers.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, BI or data analysis.
• Basic SQL querying skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in database management, SaaS and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly.

• Experience in business analysis, particularly in a warehouse environment, with ERP and WMS exposure.
• Familiarity with Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
