At PwC, our Infrastructure Engineering team focuses on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. In this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic Master Data systems projects, designing scalable technology infrastructure solutions for clients. Your work will involve network architecture, server management, and cloud computing experience, while growing as a strategic advisor who motivates and coaches teams to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities- Oversee multiple development teams to secure quality delivery.
- Utilize insights to drive results and motivate team members.
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Address complex challenges through impactful coaching and problem‑solving.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 6 years of experience in progressive roles focused on managing and building information technology applications and their overall impact on business strategies and productivity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Programming (preferred).
- Experience in application integration across platforms.
- Experience in cloud application development in Azure.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/Type Script).
- Understanding of data governance and engineering principles.
- Experience with API design and integration.
- Experience leading geographically diverse development teams.
- Ability to optimize developer productivity through tooling and workflows.
- Experience owning end‑to‑end delivery of features and platforms, including post‑mortem and root‑cause analysis.
The salary range for this position is $91,000 – $321,500, with an annual discretionary bonus and a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and more. For a detailed view of our benefits, see:
