Sr. Integration Project Manager

Our Client is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Project Manager to assist with integrating a newly acquired company’s digital platform into one enterprise ecosystem by leading, planning, coordinating, and executing across multiple teams to ensure a smooth integration. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and communication while ensuring technical requirements are met. The position is a 6‑month contract and the contractor will interact with relevant team members on both IT platform sides.

• Act as liaison between IT teams and stakeholders.
• Plan, deliver, and manage the integration project.
• Identify project requirements with both teams and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Attend weekly integration meetings and provide status updates to the IT team.
• Facilitate additional meetings and decision‑making across business and technical stakeholders.
• Assign and inform stakeholders of relevant tasks and updates.
• Communicate and follow up with stakeholders to keep tasks on track.
• Coordinate system connectivity, data exchange, and user access activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• 8 years of experience in project management and technology integration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (IT, Compliance, Operations).
• Familiarity with system integrations and data exchange concepts.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
