Senior Program Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Director with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain to lead large-scale transformation and modernization programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent executive communication skills, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record managing complex healthcare programs involving business, technology, and global delivery teams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex US Healthcare programs across digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Conduct executive reviews, steering committee meetings, governance forums, and status reviews with senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, customer leadership, business sponsors, and delivery teams.
• Manage large-scale programs using Global Delivery Model execution.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, delivery quality, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, vendors, and offshore/onsite delivery teams.
• Drive program governance, reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on program requirements.
• Lead modernization initiatives within digital healthcare platforms and applications.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Build strong relationships with business sponsors and customer leadership.

• 17+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of Program Management / Delivery Management experience.
• Strong experience in the US Healthcare domain.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Healthcare Provider
  • Medicaid
  • MMIS
  • Claims
  • Enrollment
  • Eligibility
  • Healthcare Digital Transformation
• Proven experience managing large transformation / modernization programs.
• Strong experience managing global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder, customer, people, budget, and risk management experience.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, business sponsors, SMEs, and technical leadership.
