* Greensboro, NC region. This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our dedicated claims team.
Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess storm, wind, and water damage.
Prepare accurate, timely estimates and detailed reports.
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carriers.
Document findings in accordance with carrier standards and industry best practices.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Prior property adjusting experience preferred , not required.
Proficiency in Xactimate (or willingness to learn).
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to perform field inspections, climb roofs, and navigate losses independently.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment.
Basic understanding of construction or repair practices preferred.
