Supply Chain Project Manager

Lead procurement execution and supplier project management for aerospace programs to ensure compliant, cost-effective, high-quality deliverables aligned with technical, regulatory, and schedule requirements.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with program goals, cost targets, supplier capabilities, and certification needs.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and supply continuity to meet production objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within project teams, working with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program leadership to resolve procurement challenges.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, and report procurement metrics, forecasts, and risks to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a technical field, with at least eight years of aerospace procurement experience.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace materials, supplier ecosystems, contract management, negotiation, and procurement systems/tools.
• Preferred certifications include PMP or CPIM; experience with international logistics, aerospace regulations, ERP/SAP; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Make supplier and sourcing recommendations, elevate supplier issues affecting schedules or milestones, and influence procurement tradeoffs and recovery plans.

Primarily office-based with regular interaction across functions; may require supplier visits, domestic/international travel (~25%), schedule flexibility, and occasional overtime.
