Job Purpose: The Director of Warehousing and Logistics is responsible for overseeing the warehousing and logistics of technology equipment. This role ensures efficient operations across the receiving, picking, inventory management, and shipping processes while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, will be accountable for ensuring a safe work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse team and ensure that proper processes are in place.
• Supervise and direct the work of the Warehouse Associates to include the receipt, shipment, and picking of parts, equipment, and other material.
• Supervise the inventory integrity so that all parts are properly accounted for in the inventory management system.
• Manage the safety of the Warehouse and all personnel. Take appropriate measures to ensure that all laws, policies, and procedures are being followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize the logistics workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage large-scale deployments throughout the year to ensure thousands of devices are received, configured, kitted, and deployed to the appropriate retail locations.
• Work in tandem with the Manager of Integration to optimize the staging and configuration of POS, mobility, and network-related devices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage a set of KPIs that reflect the performance of the warehousing and logistics functions.
• Communicate with project managers and sales teams to provide deployment updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all human resources activities including but not limited to hiring, firing, training, salary administration, and performance evaluations for the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with existing and potential new logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Access, view, and update appropriate systems to supervise parts picking, shipment, and receipt.
• Oversee the packing of shipments to minimize freight damage.
• Ensure that the Warehouse is presentable to our customers at all times.
• Assist with cycle counts, warehouse physical inventory, and technician physical inventory.
• Assist in receiving and posting of receipts as needed.
• Maintain adherence to the Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures with all team members.

Required Experience and Abilities:

• 10+ years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing operations.
• 5+ years experience with WMS or ERP systems such as Net Suite or similar.
• 5+ years experience managing people in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Exceptional management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience and Abilities:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics or technology staging operations.
• Experience with processes related to staging mobility and POS products
