Project Manager Senior

The Project Manager Senior leads and manages the development, implementation, and coordination for a variety of operational and strategic projects. This role serves as a project management consultant to advise, coordinate, and oversee the work of operational leaders. This job coordinates activities with various internal and external consultants and stakeholders.

• Develops and implements comprehensive work plans and tracking systems to assure that projects are delivered within scope, on time and on budget.
• Coordinates work of various external and internal parties to assure alignment with all stakeholders.
• Facilitates communication through an effectively executed communication plan to effectively explain project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Creates and oversees the management of a collaborative environment to make library of documents, etc. available to key stakeholders.
• Helps leaders anticipate and prepare for various projects/work streams and helps minimize disruption to the flow of operations when implementing key initiatives.
• Evaluates project processes for completed events to drive continuous process improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
