$90,000 - $110,000 per year

- Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Enhancing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished-product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm manufacturing processes.
- Providing manufacturing decision‑making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
- Assisting in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance of production, quality, and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement design and process changes.
- Providing support in the development of health & safety procedures for the manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing techniques, construction methods, and industrial engineering.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer software, including CAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in all work processes.
