Print Production Specialist

* Responsible for producing high-quality graphics, which includes tasks like preparing art files, operating machinery for printing and cutting, applying vinyl, and assembling finished products. This role involves hands-on work such as tailoring, sewing, and the final assembly of various graphic projects, often requiring careful measurement and a strong attention to detail to meet production specifications.

* * Art preparation:
* Ensuring that printed art files match the final, production-ready files.

* * Production and assembly:
* Taking a comprehensive understanding of the project before starting work, and assembling final products accurately.

* * Material manipulation:
* Performing tasks like pressing fabric, applying vinyl to surfaces, and making accurate cuts of materials.

* * Finishing and packing:
* Applying laminates, and disassembling and packing completed graphic builds and stands efficiently.

* * Quality control:
* Performing final checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

* * Workspace management:
* Keeping the production area clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all tools and parts accounted for.

* Proficiency in operating machinery for printing, cutting, and laminating.

* * Manual dexterity:
* Ability to sew, apply vinyl cleanly, and assemble products with precision.

* * Attention to detail:
* A strong focus on quality and accuracy throughout all stages of production.

* * Physical stamina:
* This role involves frequently lifting and carrying materials, often in a loud environment with potential exposure to hazards like dust and heat.

* This is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
