Quality and Process Improvement ManagerThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality and Process Improvement Manager located in High Point, NC. The Quality and Process Improvement Manager will ensure all products meet established quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Implement Lean or other methodologies to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to standardize best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and productivity.
- Prepare reports for management on quality trends, improvement projects, and cost savings.
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement tools.
- Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Ensure adherence to relevant certifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Experience in textile or sock manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems,
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
