RN Unit Manager
Camden Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager who is motivated and compassionate. This is a weekday position scheduled 8-5, Monday through Friday.
Pay Range$40.00/hr – $44.00/hr (Base pay)
Responsibilities- Coordinate the care for residents through leadership and clinical follow-up.
- Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
- Work directly with Administrator, DON, ADON, and other unit managers.
- Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff.
- Long-Term Care experience required.
- Experience leading a team and producing results is a must.
- Must have a current and valid RN license.
- Health, vision & dental insurance.
