Director of Nursing

Principle LTC provides skilled nursing services, including short-term, long-term, and memory care, across 38 facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. The company is expanding its footprint with plans for four additional facilities in North Carolina. The organization is dedicated to providing high-quality care and promoting residents' well-being in their facilities.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing, located in Greensboro, NC. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations and staff within the facility, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement effective infection control measures. This position will involve supervising care delivery, collaborating with medical professionals, developing care plans for residents, and maintaining quality standards in nursing services.

The Director of Nursing will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and improvement of long-term care and skilled nursing services within the facility.

• Strong skills in Nursing and Nursing Management
• Proficiency in Infection Control and Medicine to maintain safety and health standards
• Experience in Long-term Care, including developing and overseeing resident care plans
• Effective leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing; an advanced degree or certifications in nursing leadership is advantageous
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or leadership position in a long-term care setting is preferred
