Position Details:
Shift(s): Full-Time. 3p - 11p - every other weekend required
Starting Rate: $17.00 and up DOE (This does not include shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, and all weekend shifts)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide care to the residents in the household to help meet their daily needs, including medical, physical, and emotional support
• Advocate for residents, ensuring they have the best possible experience and quality of life
• Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building
• Help plan and facilitate social activities
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and care for residents' personal laundry

Required:

• North Carolina CNA Certification
• Desire to serve older adults and make a positive impact
• Positive outlook with the ability to provide compassionate care
• Ability to take initiative and be detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation.
