We are seeking dedicated and highly qualified CRNAs to provide exceptional anesthesia care across multiple hospital locations. As a CRNA, you will administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care to diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. You will have the chance to work in high-volume, fast-paced hospital environments, supporting various surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, ENT, neuro, cardiac, and trauma cases. Flexibility to float between multiple facilities will be required, providing you with a wide range of professional experiences.

Required Skills:

Valid North Carolina CRNA license
Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia
Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
Active ACLS and PALS certifications
Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
Strong communication skills and professionalism

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with Hearts/Vascular and Neuro anesthesia
Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
Prior experience in high-volume operating rooms and with robotic procedures

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
At least 1-2 years of anesthesia practice in hospital settings
Proven ability to adapt to multiple clinical environments and workflows

Other Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including potential for optional call
Ability to work across multiple hospital locations with the flexibility to float as needed
Must be able to pass credentialing within 60-90 days
No licensing provided; candidates must possess an active North Carolina license
