Required Skills:

Current certification as a CRNA with state licensure in North Carolina
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA; recent graduates are not eligible
Valid ACLS and PALS certifications
Ability to float across multiple locations (Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone & Moses Cone Surgery Center)
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in anesthesia equipment such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with cardiac/vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
Ability to handle a diverse patient population and perform a variety of anesthesia procedures, including general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN, and robotic surgeries

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
1-2 years of prior anesthesia work in a hospital setting
Proven ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure

Other Requirements:
Willingness to work daytime shifts (7AM - 3PM or 7AM - 5PM) with potential options for 4- or 5-day schedules
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including optional call shifts
Credentialing process completion within 60-90 days
No licensing sponsorship required
Travel reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and other applicable expenses

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $202.80/hr
Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Overtime at 1.5x rate for approved hours beyond scheduled shifts
Holiday pay at 1.5x rate on designated holidays including New Year s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Shift Lengths: 8 hours, with flexible scheduling options
